This policy sets out the terms and conditions, on fulfilment of which Massakali may permit you to either (i) return the products and/or (ii) exchange them for other products.
This policy applies to all the products sold by Massakali through the Website
You are requested to read our Terms and Conditions and other policies available on the Website in addition to this policy as the same are binding upon you.
Massakali endeavours to ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards.
As a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on products which are delivered in perfect condition. If you’ve had an incorrect product delivered to you (product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation or if the product you receive has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect, then we will be happy to exchange your product for a replacement.
If you would like to exchange a piece of clothing for a different size or have received a defective product, please write to us within 1 days of delivery. We will be happy to, following a quality check, offer you a refund which will be processed in 7-10 working days. Products cannot be exchanged or returned for reasons other than the above.
Given the nature of our products, we reserve sole discretion to provide resolution as we deem fit. Every return or exchange request is treated as an individual case. We are unable to offer refunds if we’ve been given an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or if there are two failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient. Once received, our team will study the need for return or exchange and based on their jurisdiction the exchange request will be processed.
To return or exchange a product or report any damages in transit please get in touch with our support team within 2 days of delivery at firstname.lastname@example.org stating your order number, date of transaction, delivery address and an image of the wrongfully delivered or defective item. Our team will investigate the issue and respond to you within 48 working hours and guide you through the returns process.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS OR EXCHANGE:
Massakali has a simple and hassle free return and/or exchange policy for certain products purchased from the Website provided following conditions are fulfilled:
You must be located in India as this facility is not available to patrons located outside India.
The products must be returned to Massakali within 7 (seven) days from date it is delivered to you.
Please check the list of non-returnable or non-exchangeable products at the end of the policy. Massakali may update this list from time to time and without any prior intimation to you.
The product must be returned in its original condition along with the invoice, all labels, tags, authenticity cards, dust bags, designer boxes, hangers, freebies, if any and other packaging intact sold as a part of the product.
Any garment sought to be returned or exchanged, should be unworn or unwashed. Garments that are found to be worn or damaged or soiled will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Products returned under this policy will be subject to quality testing/inspection.
In the event that the product to be returned satisfies the Statutory Refund Criteria, you will be entitled to a refund of the consideration for such product which will be credited to the original account or mode of payment.
8. Whereas “Statutory Refund Criteria” means any one of the following cases –
If you made the purchase as a registered user, send us a mail at email@example.com along with the detailed description of why you want to refund/exchange your order and a picture depicting the issue you are facing. We will then send you the step that are needed to be carried out to initiate the process.
The product purchased by you does not conform to the characteristics or features listed upon the website or otherwise agreed to in writing; or
9. For any refunds initiated under our policy, you must ensure that –
The product is returned in its original condition along with the invoice, all labels, tags, authenticity cards, dust bags, designer boxes, hangers, freebies, if any, and other packaging intact sold as a part of the product;

10. Notwithstanding anything contained in this policy, Massakali reserves a right to reject any request for return and/or exchange of any products without giving any reasons for the same. In such cases, products will be sent back to the customer at the original shipping address.
11. Customized or special delivery orders cannot be returned/exchanged.
Returns or Exchange Procedure:
a. You can initiate the returns/exchange by writing an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. Massakali will email a ‘Returns/Exchange Procrdure’ for you to carry out.
b. If you are not the actual purchaser but received the product from some Massakali customer, (for example as gift), you will have to request the concerned Massakali customer to initiate the return process.
c For Returns/Exchange you will have to ship it back to Massakali by sending it to the address provided by us. You will be solely responsible to ensure that the product is delivered to us in good condition and we will not be held liable for any damage caused to the product during transit. We will bare the return shipping costs only if the return/exchange is deemed credible by us. Your shipping amount will be refunded in the form of a coupon.
d. Massakali will send you a confirmatory e-mail upon receiving the products. Upon undertaking quality test and inspecting the product, Massakali will inform you about its decision with respect to acceptance or rejection of the products within 5 (five) working days of receiving the product.
e. If Massakali accepts the return/exchange request, value of the product returned/exchanged will be will be credited into your bank account within 10(Ten) working days of receiving the product. However, if Massakali rejects the return/exchange you will have to arrange a pickup to get the product shipped back to you.

We do not offer exchanges on orders shipped internationally. In the unlikely event that any saree you have ordered from us is not received or if product delivered is completely different from what you had ordered, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receiving the order. Our representative will guide you on this matter.
Customs duty for international order
Import duties/taxes may arise on the arrival of your parcel to the shipping destination. The charges may vary as per the rules of different countries depending on the merchandise, order value, merchandise quantity, end use, and composition of materials used to make the merchandise and is solely at the discretion of the duty officer.
Please note custom duty is added over and above the shipping cost. Shipping & handling costs refers to the cost of shipping an item from the shipping location to the destination country.
We do not take any duty/taxes in advance from customers. If any such duty/taxes are applicable for your shipment, the respective courier company will directly contact you with the required information.
On receiving such information, you will have to pay the duty/taxes amount to the concerned courier company. Once paid, the service provider usually delivers the shipment to you.
